To make earphone work, please check this 4 thing:
1. Battery correct direction this is most often mistake happened.
Need make “Tummy to spring”. Because usually AA battery goes opposite direction.
2. Keep white antenna on shoulder, near ear
3. friend need click “microphone” icon in app
4. in phone settings need allow permit for app to use microphone
