This is WiFi camera. Is not 4G camera. Cannot use SIM card inside camera. You have to connect camera to WiFi. Student will carry camera and portable router (or phone). You can create WiFi hotspot by another phone, or use Portable 4G router.
Camera will send video by WiFi to portable router (or phone), and portable router (or phone) will send video to your friend by 4G data.
